Information on the submission of abstracts

  • If you have already created your personal Conference account, you will only have to log in with your email address and your password. Otherwise please create your Conference account with direct access to any relevant booking opportunities: registration, submission of abstracts, hotel booking etc.
  • Please enter your personal data and the chosen form of presentation and write your abstract in the input mask „submission of abstracts“. You may assign your abstract to a specific topic (dimensions of the Conference theme) yourself or leave the assignment to the Scientific Committee or indicate that you would like to contribute to a topic other than the Conference theme.
  • You may prepare your abstract and then copy it into the text editor and from there copy it into the appropriate field in the mask (please do not copy directly from a word file).
  • Please note that your abstract will serve as an orientation for participants and therefore try to be as specific as possible as to WHAT you will offer, the TOPIC you would like to talk about and the FORM OF PRESENTATION. Inform the participants as precisely as possible to provide them with a clear understanding of what to expect of your presentation.
  • Please indicate the form of presentation you choose (lecture, workshop, colloquium, poster...)
  • Your submission will be processed by the Scientific Committee. You will then be informed whether your contribution will have been accepted in the submitted form or you will be asked for clarification or modification. Please note that this process will take some time.
  • If you want to change or edit your abstract, you may do so as long as your abstract has not been accepted as definitive. To do so please log in to your Conference account.
  • You may submit more than one contribution. Please use a new input mask for each contribution. (We reserve the right to limit the number of contributions/abstracts per person, if necessary in terms of time and space.)
  • Conference language is English. A limited number of contributions may be made in the following languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish.
  • Please note: in the case of a non-English abstract, please add an English translation of the main content. The total of your abstract (both languages) may not exceed a maximum of 1,500 characters.
  • NEWS: The extended submission deadline expired on April 30, 2018. SUBMISSIONS ARE NO LONGER POSSIBLE! Thank you for all the abstracts!
  • If you need support with the formulation or translation of your abstract, please contact science@pce2018.com.
