• When is the transition between Pre-Conference and Conference?
Pre-Conference: Friday, July 6, 2018, 10:30 until Sunday, July 8, 2018, 18:00
Conference: Sunday, July 8, 2018, 14:00 until Thursday, July 12, 2018, 12:30
On Sunday, July 8, 2019, between 2 pm and 6 pm Pre-Conference and Conference overlap; sessions within these 4 hours are open to participants of the Pre-Conference as well as participants of the Conference
• Where do I get my registration documents and my ticket(s)?
Please proceed to the REGISTRATION COUNTER at SFU (Freudplatz 1) for anything to do with registration and purchase of tickets. No matter where the desired lecture will take place, whether you have already made a reservation for an event or whether you would like to register at the box office – ALWAYS SFU!!!
• Will there be interpretations?
The general conference language is English. Keynote sessions and semi plenary sessions will be interpreted simultaneously into German, French and Russian. Please be aware to show up at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the sessions in the WU to receive your headphones in time before the session starts. (you will be asked for an ID card as a deposit for the headphone)
• Do I have to register for free of charge events (e.g. gala dinner)?
Yes, this is absolutely necessary!!! As we need to know the exact number of participants, you have to register for any event!!!
• I have already registered for the Conference. How can I register for additional events?
At the registration desk at SFU, 1st floor.

• Where do I get the reduced conference ticket for public transport in Vienna?

• What is the best way to get home on Thursday from the Heurigen?
Going back to the city has to be organized individually. The easiest way is to take tram #D, leaving just across three street of the Heurigen.
